Article This article is about retailors sharing how social media has helped brands and what to know to do well on social media. The brand Showpo attributed most of its growth to social media. One of the challenges mentioned is how platforms will change and the brands have to adjust due to changes.   One of the things that is important to know is the customer’s journey such as knowing who visited, how they got to the page, and knowing how much revenue the customer delivered vs cost of getting the consumer.
